n Role Overview
n n We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our team in Rohini for our US/night shift operations. In this role, you will be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for key client accounts, with a specific focus on managing Tamil-speaking stakeholders and regional client teams.
n You will be responsible for driving account health, client retention, business expansion, and overseeing the efficient deployment of resources assigned to your accounts.
n n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Account Management & Strategic Growth (70%)
n n Client Relationship Ownership: Build, nurture, and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
n Regional & Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary bilingual bridge for Tamil-speaking clients to ensure clear communication, cultural fit, and seamless delivery.
n Revenue Expansion: Identify account growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), lead contract renewals, and increase overall account value.
n Client Satisfaction & Escalation:



Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, ensuring fast resolution and maintaining high NPS/satisfaction scores.
n Business Reviews: Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and status meetings to report performance, SLAs, and value delivered.
n n 2. Resource & Delivery Oversight (30%)
n n Capacity & Allocation: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the right resources are mapped to client requirements.
n Utilization & Margins: Monitor resource utilization, project staffing costs, and account profitability.
n Requirement Planning: Gather upcoming talent/project needs directly from clients and align staffing pipelines accordingly.
n n Must-Have Qualifications
n n Language: Professional fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) and English.
n Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development (preferably in IT staffing, consulting, or services).
n Shift Readiness: Comfortable working the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST shift on-site at our Rohini office.
n Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing account P&L;, contract renewals, and account expansion.
