Role Overviewn

We are looking for an aggressive, commercially driven Associate / Senior Associate to own business development and revenue growth across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick commerce platforms, and allied platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Revenue Growthn

n
- Drive new client acquisition for marketplace-focused solutions
n
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from lead identification to deal closure
n
- Build and manage a healthy revenue pipeline
n

Marketplace-Led Sellingnn
- Sell marketplace growth solutions (ads, full-funnel strategies, catalog-led growth, expansion initiatives)
n
- Create and present client-facing pitch decks, marketplace audits, and strategy documents to support current business and expansion conversations
n
- Work closely with internal teams to convert platform insights into strong sales narratives
n

Partnerships & Ecosystem Managementnn
- Build relationships with partner agency POCs, category teams, and platform stakeholders
n
- Leverage partnerships to unlock co-selling opportunities and enterprise deals
n




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner-led initiatives are closed and scaled
n

Client & CXO Engagementnn
- Lead commercial and strategic conversations with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
n
- Pitch proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-impact deals
n
- Act as the commercial owner for growth and expansion opportunities
n

Reporting & Forecastingnn
- Track pipeline, conversions, closures, and revenue contribution
n
- Provide accurate forecasts and updates to leadership
n
- Use data to refine pitch strategies and improve win rates
n
- Senior Associate: 2–6 years of experience with proven deal closures and revenue ownership
n
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-first mindset
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
