About the Rolen

We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer & Cinematographer to join our growing team. This role combines motion design, video production, and camera handling to create engaging visual experiences across digital, marketing, and educational platforms.

Key Responsibilitiesn

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms

n

• Handle camera operations, video shoots, lighting, and basic cinematography requirements

n

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling visual narratives

n

• Design, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational content

n

• Enhance raw footage using motion elements, transitions, sound design, color correction, and visual effects

n

• Plan and execute shoots, including framing, composition, and visual storytelling techniques

n

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials

Requirementsn





• Hands-on experience or a strong portfolio in motion graphics, video editing, cinematography, or content production

n

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

n

• Practical knowledge of camera handling, shooting techniques, lighting, and video production workflows

n

• Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, typography, visual composition, and cinematic framing

n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment

n

• Basic understanding of sound design, video formats, and post-production workflows

Bonus Skillsn

• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation tools

n

• Experience in cinematography, short-form video production, or digital marketing content

n

• Experience working on EdTech, branding, or social media content
