TEACHING & LEARNING RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Mathematics and effective teaching pedagogy.
n
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students across different ability levels.
n
- Make effective use of Audio-Visual aids and innovative teaching methods.
n
- Provide additional academic support and revision sessions when required.
n
- Stay updated with developments in Mathematics and modern teaching methodologies.
n
- Promote positive behaviour and productive relationships with students.
n
- Assess, record and monitor student progress in accordance with school guidelines.
n
- Maintain appropriate teaching materials, resources and academic records.
n

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS-

n

PRT – Mathematics

n

n
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ B.ed Degree with relevant teaching qualifications as per applicable norms.
n
- Strong foundational knowledge of Mathematics.
n
- Ability to engage young learners through interactive and activity-based teaching.
n

n

n

TGT – Mathematics

n

n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/ B.ed Degree in Mathematics with relevant teaching qualifications.
n
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
n
- Ability to teach Mathematics effectively across the secondary level.
n
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
n

n

n

PGT – Mathematics

n

n
- Master’s along with B.ed Degree in Mathematics .
n
- 3+ years of relevant teaching experience .
n
- Ability to teach Mathematics up to 10+2 level .
n
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of Mathematics pedagogy.
n
- Ability to explain abstract mathematical concepts using concrete, visual and practical approaches.
n
- Experience with Mastery in Mathematics or similar teaching approaches will be an advantage.
