AI Instructional Designer

Compensation- 24LPA to 26LPA

Location- Bangalore-Bellandur

n

Shift: General shift with overlap of 2 hours of US, week offs : Sat & Sun

n

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent qualified experience demonstrating the same capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Learning Content Development: Build eLearning modules in Storyline/Rise 360, ensuring accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
n
- GenAI Integration: Use Synthesia and LLMs for rapid content creation, storyboarding, and personalization.
n
- Video & Multimedia: Produce polished video/audio assets with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia.
n
- QA & Workflow: Manage content lifecycle, conduct rigorous QA, and ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance.
n
- Performance Tracking: Monitor L1–L2 data, AI efficiency gains, and content relevance through audits.

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Org Development, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.
n
- 3–5 years in eLearning development with Articulate 360.
n
- Proven GenAI expertise (Synthesia, LLMs).
n
- Strong video/audio editing skills.
n
- Expertise in SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, and cross‐device testing.
n
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
n

Preferred Skills

n

- Certifications: Articulate Certified Developer, AI for Instructional Design, CPTD.
n
- Motion graphics (After Effects) or custom illustrations.
n
- Familiarity with adult learning principles (Knowles, ADDIE, SAM).
n
- Experience with Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 evaluation.
n
- Coaching and learner engagement techniques.
n
- Project tools: Smartsheet, Asana, Jira.
