- Nature of Role: Full-time

- Experience Required: 8+ years

- Preferred Experience: Implementation and delivery of Risk Management solutions, including OFSAA, SAS, Moody's, and similar platforms with expertise in IFRS 9 (ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, Credit Risk Modeling) and Model Risk Management.
n
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications.
n
- Preferred Certifications: FRM, CFA, or equivalent risk and finance certifications.
n
- Preferred Geographic Experience: India, Middle East, or APAC markets.
n
- Language Requirement: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and Python, with a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
n

Key responsibility areas:

n

n
- End-to-end implementation experience in IFRS9 / IndAS109 solutions covering ECL & EIR
n
- Robust understanding of ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, and EAD
n
- Hands-on experience in risk modeling and implementation
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Python
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 members
n
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
n
- Engage with stakeholders at CXO & CXO-1 levels
n
- Drive project delivery and client success
n
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, solution demos, and presentations
n
- Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience with IFRS16 and Model Risk Management (MRM) solutions
n

- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
n
- Period of engagement: Full-time position
n
- Probation period: 6 months
n
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive.

- Interview: There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
