Position: Project Manager – APAC Delivery Team

Location: Gurgaon, India - hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from presales through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.
n
- Serve as the primary customer-facing Project Manager for enterprise deployments.
n
- Drive project planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
n
- Coordinate with customers, partners, Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
n
- Manage project risks, scope changes, escalations, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
n
- Ensure successful project delivery while achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
n
- Contribute to delivery process improvements,



automation, and AI-enabled project management practices.
n

Required Experience:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience.
n
- Experience managing multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
n
- Robust stakeholder, risk, and commercial management skills.
n
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
n
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management from presales to post-deployment.
n
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
n
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region (10–15%) and support customers across multiple APAC time zones.
