n We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect for the role of Associate – Retail & Hotel Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail & Hotel Architecture and extensive hands-on experience with AutoCAD / Revit. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for Retail & Hotel projects, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations, technical accuracy, and design excellence. n Key Responsibilities:
n Design Leadership
n n Lead the complete design process for Retail & Hotel projects—from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
n Develop creative, functional, and innovative design solutions that align with client requirements, project goals, and budget parameters.
n Ensure all designs meet client vision, regulatory guidelines, local building codes, and industry best practices.
n n Project Coordination & Management
n n Oversee and coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants such as engineers and planners.
n Manage the preparation of precise architectural drawings and documentation in accordance with project standards.
n Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
n Foster a collaborative design environment that supports innovation without compromising design integrity.
n Ensure adherence to project schedules and the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
n n Technical Expertise & AutoCAD / Revit Proficiency
n n Produce high-quality architectural drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings—using AutoCAD.
n Review and ensure accuracy, clarity,



and completeness of drawings prepared by the team.
n Identify technical challenges during design and construction phases and provide effective solutions.
n n Quality Control & Design Review
n n Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
n Approve drawings, specifications, and revisions, ensuring all updates are accurately incorporated.
n Oversee implementation of design modifications across documentation.
n n Construction Support
n n Provide ongoing design support during construction, including clarifications, revisions, and technical guidance.
n Address on-site design-related issues in coordination with contractors, ensuring design intent is maintained.
n n Qualifications:
n n Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
n Experience: 7 - 10 years of professional architectural experience, specifically in Retail & Hotel projects.
n Proven experience working on a range of projects including retail developments, mixed-use buildings, hospitality projects, and commercial spaces.
n n Technical Skills
n n Expertise in AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings.
n Proficiency in Revit,SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
n Strong understanding of building codes, local regulations, and industry standards relevant to Retail & Hotel projects.
n n Communication & Client Management
n n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
