Job Description

Role Details: As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, customer engagement, retention, profitability and lifecycle management. The role involves developing customer-centric strategies, managing portfolio campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging analytics to enhance activation, spends, retention and overall portfolio performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Risk, Product, Digital, Operations, Marketing and Partnerships to deliver strategic business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive portfolio growth and profitability through data-driven customer lifecycle strategies

- Monitor and manage key portfolio metrics including activation, spends, engagement, retention, yield and revenue
n
- Design and execute customer engagement, usage stimulation, reactivation and retention campaigns
n
- Develop targeted portfolio strategies for customer acquisition cohorts and lifecycle segments
n




- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign efficacy and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities
n
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to generate actionable insights and drive business decision-making
n
- Work with Product, Risk and Digital teams to enhance customer journeys and improve customer experience
n
- Manage merchant, network and partnership-led offers to drive customer engagement and spends
n
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities to strengthen product propositions
n
- Prepare portfolio reviews, business cases, management presentations and executive performance updates
n
- Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of business outcomes
n
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and governance requirements across portfolio programs
