We're Looking For

n

n
- 5–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, or related functions.
n
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm required; MBA preferred.
n
- Strong exposure to Government Business, Institutional Sales, Tender Business, or Public Health Programs is essential.
n
- Experience in managing Government accounts, stakeholder engagement, and business development within public healthcare institutions is preferred.

Role Highlights

The Payor Business Manager (PBM) will be responsible for driving business growth across Government and Institutional accounts for Pfizer's Vaccines portfolio. The role involves:

- Building and managing relationships with key Government stakeholders and institutions.
n
- Driving advocacy and formulary inclusion initiatives.
n
- Identifying and unlocking recent business opportunities in the Government healthcare sector.
n
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Account Management teams to deliver account-specific strategies and business objectives.
n
