Role Overview

n

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can create high-quality visual and video content for marketing, branding, social media, ads, and the website.

n

This is a pure execution role with ownership—ideal for someone who enjoys creating, editing, improving, and shipping content fast.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design

n

n
- Design creatives for:
n
- Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
n
- Posters, banners & campaign creatives
n
- Thumbnails for YouTube & videos
n
- Website & landing page visuals (basic)
n
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives (colors, fonts, layouts)
n
- Adapt one design into multiple formats and sizes
n

2. Video Editing

n

n
- Edit videos for:
n
- YouTube (long-form & Shorts)
n
- Instagram Reels
n
- LinkedIn videos
n
- Ads & product videos
n
- Add:
n
- Captions & subtitles
n
- Music & sound effects
n
- Transitions, animations & branding
n
- Repurpose long videos into short, high-impact clips
n

3. Basic Video Shooting (Preferred)

n

n
- Assist in shooting videos using mobile / camera
n
- Capture product shots, office content, factory visits & events
n




- Coordinate with team for lighting, framing & basic setup
n

n

4. AI & Productivity Tools

n

n
- Use AI tools to speed up:
n
- Video editing
n
- Caption generation
n
- Thumbnail ideas
n
- Design variations
n
- Tools may include:
n
- Canva AI
n
- CapCut AI / Premiere Pro
n
- ChatGPT / image & video AI tools
n

5. Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with:
n
- Marketing team
n
- Founder & leadership team
n
- Understand briefs quickly and deliver on time
n
- Incorporate feedback and improve iterations fast

Required SkillsMust-Have

- Strong graphic design skills

- Strong video editing skills

- Proficiency in tools like:

- Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut

- Good sense of typography, color & composition

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines
