Role Overview:

n

We‘re hiring a Sales Executive to drive venue and event sales for Yutori Spaces — generating leads, closing bookings, and building lasting client relationships across corporate, social, and experiential event segments.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Generate and follow up on leads for corporate, social, and experiential event bookings.

n

• Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs for prospective clients.

n

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and packages tailored to client needs.

n

• Negotiate pricing and close bookings to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

n

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners,



and agencies for repeat

n

business.

n

• Coordinate with the operations/events team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.

n

• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM.

n

• Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

n

n

Requirements:

n

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or venue/banquet sales.

n

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

n

• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

n

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

n

• Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline; sales or hospitality background preferred.

n
