Job Description

- Responsible for end-to-end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management
n
- Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract
n
- Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)
n
- Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle
n
- Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external
n
- Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ,



NOC and relevant external stake holders
n
- Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams
n
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service deliverables and RMA processing
n
- Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects
