About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Manual Tester with specialized knowledge in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the end-to-end workflows of health insurance claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and business requirements.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, domain experts, and development teams to ensure system integrity and quality. The candidate will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, as well as supporting various testing phases such as functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, complemented by relevant experience in the insurance domain, particularly health claims processing. Prior exposure to testing within insurance platforms, especially TCS BaNCS, is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent documentation capabilities, and a valuable understanding of insurance claim lifecycle and policy administration. Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous, as it aids in data validation and query testing. The role requires a proactive approach,
