As we expand our use of Artificial Intelligence across the firm, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology team in Bangalore.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer with 4–5 years of experience to contribute across the full technology stack, from frontend development and backend APIs to DevOps, QA, and AI integration.

You will work closely with senior engineers to build, enhance, and maintain internal platforms, and play a key role in helping the firm adopt and implement AI-powered solutions.

This is a broad, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership, and has a genuine interest in how AI can transform business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring responsive and intuitive user experiences.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and C#/.NET.
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage source code using Git, follow branching strategies, and participate in code reviews.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt proactively.

AI & Automation
- Assist in implementing AI/ML solutions across the firm, including:
- Integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude)
- Building AI-powered internal tools
- Supporting automation workflows




- Document AI implementation approaches and best practices.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI technologies across business functions.

DevOps & Infrastructure
- Participate in DevOps activities, including:
- CI/CD pipeline management
- Application deployments
- Environment configuration
- Infrastructure support
- Work with cloud and development platforms to ensure reliable application delivery.

Quality Assurance & Testing
- Write and maintain automated and manual test cases.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing.
- Contribute to overall QA processes and software quality standards.

Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document technical designs, system architecture, AI implementation approaches, and process workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across development and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Solid backend development experience with Python and/or C#/.NET.
- Valuable understanding of REST API design principles and integration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices, including:
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Docker
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in software testing, including:
- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- Basic test automation
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).





AI & Emerging Technology (Key Focus Area)
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML integration, including:
- Working with LLM APIs
- Prompt engineering
- Building AI-assisted tools
- Familiarity with Python AI/ML libraries such as:
- LangChain
- OpenAI SDK
- Hugging Face
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Understanding of concepts such as:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases
- AI agents
- Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and bring AI solutions into real-world business workflows.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in finance, fintech, or investment domain applications.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as:
- ELK Stack
- Grafana
- Datadog
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise AI platforms.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
