Role : Software Development Engineer 3 (SDE 3)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6 to 9 Years

We are looking for an experienced SDE 3 with solid expertise in C , post-silicon development, validation, and server hardware/firmware technologies.

Key Skills :

- Strong C programming
- Post-silicon development & validation
- FCH IPs : I2C, I3C, UART, SATA, SPI, eSPI, ACPI
- Server RAS architecture & firmware flows
- DDR/PCIe error injection, detection & recovery
- MCA, ECC, CRC, DRAM Scrubbers, PCIe AER
- PC hardware, SoC, chipsets, graphics cards, BIOS & firmware
- Strong understanding of x86 & computer architecture
- Knowledge of OS internals

Key Responsibilities :





- Architect and develop robust firmware solutions for x86-based platforms to ensure optimal system stability and performance.
- Lead the end-to-end design and debugging of BIOS and UEFI components to facilitate seamless hardware-software initialization.
- Optimize low-level drivers for SATA and PCI interfaces to maximize data throughput and system responsiveness for end-users.
- Collaborate with silicon validation teams to identify and resolve SoC-level bottlenecks, ensuring high-quality product releases.
- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and design discussions to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
