Role Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and maintain the applications that run our operations, server-side services, APIs and integrations, along with the dashboards, tooling and real-time interfaces that sit on top of them.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain applications, services and REST APIs
- Build and maintain integrations between internal applications and third-party systems, including CRM, telephony and reporting platforms
- Develop internal tools, dashboards and reporting interfaces, including real-time operational views
- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries
- Build and maintain background jobs, queues and scheduled processing
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling and access controls to production standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to business and operations teams
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into working solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release activities
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations and processes
- Identify and automate manual processes where the effort is justified

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–6 years of professional software development experience, including systems you have taken to production and supported afterwards
- Strong server-side development in Node.js / TypeScript or Python. Depth in another language (Java, C#, PHP) is acceptable.
- Ability to read,



extend and maintain an existing codebase you did not write.
- Working knowledge of React or a comparable front-end framework, and the ability to build functional interfaces without a dedicated front-end developer
- Solid SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MS SQL Server. Schema design, indexing and query tuning is also a plus
- Experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party systems, including authentication, rate limits and failure handling
- Practical experience with asynchronous and event-driven work — queues, background jobs, retries and idempotency
- Experience building real-time interfaces using WebSocket or Server-Sent Events
- Working knowledge of Linux and command-line troubleshooting on servers you administer yourself
- Git and standard branching and review workflows
- Solid debugging ability and sound judgement about production risk
- Clear written and verbal English, and the ability to work directly with non-technical operations teams

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to telephony or VoIP platforms — Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, SIP, IVR or CTI integration
- Redis, message brokers or caching layers
- Docker and container-based deployment
- CI/CD pipelines and basic release automation
- Experience integrating with ERP or line-of-business platforms over their APIs
- Prior experience in contact centre, BPO, collections, banking or fintech environments
