We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media Specialist at LV8 Tech.

This is NOT a content writing, content management, or post-scheduling role.

We’re looking for someone who understands social media end-to-end and can personally turn an idea into content that is ready to publish — especially short-form video and strong visual creative.

What you’ll do

- Plan and execute social content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create content from start to finish — idea, research, hook, concept, script/copy, visual creation, video editing, final formatting, publishing, and performance review.
- Create and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and similar formats.
- Produce strong static creatives, carousels, graphics, and platform-native visual content.
- Understand what makes social content perform — hooks, retention, pacing, watch time, engagement, trends, formats, CTAs, and audience behavior.
- Adapt content properly for each platform instead of simply reposting the same asset everywhere.
- Maintain a consistent and high-frequency content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and use the results to improve future concepts and execution.
- Manage day-to-day publishing and social account operations.
- Work with leadership and technical team members to turn AI, technology, health-tech, and other complex topics into content that is easy and interesting for a wider audience to understand.

AI is part of the workflow

We expect you to actively use modern AI tools to work faster and create better content.

You may use AI for:

- Research and trend discovery
- Content ideation
- Hooks and creative angles
- Script development
- Copy variations
- Image and visual ideation
- Image generation
- Video ideation and production assistance
- Editing assistance
- Content repurposing
- Workflow automation

But simply generating captions or posts using AI is not enough.

We want someone who knows how to direct AI tools, judge their output, improve it,



combine it with strong creative skills, and produce content that feels intentional and worth publishing.

Who we’re looking for

- Proven experience personally managing social media for a business, brand, agency, or client.
- Strong hands-on short-form video editing skills.
- Ability to create polished visual and static social content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and modern content formats.
- Good understanding of organic social media growth and content performance.
- Ability to independently take content from concept to final published output.
- Experience using AI tools as part of a real creative workflow.
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a topic quickly and turn it into engaging visual content.
- Comfortable working at a rapid pace and producing content consistently.
- Organized with content calendars, source files, approvals, and asset libraries.

This role is probably NOT a fit if your experience is mainly:
- Content writing or copywriting
- Blog or SEO writing
- Content management or CMS work
- Scheduling posts created by other people
- Community management only
- Social strategy without hands-on content creation
- Generic digital marketing
- Creating basic Canva templates only
- Generating AI captions or AI images without strong editing and creative execution

Portfolio matters

We care more about what you have actually created than a long list of tools on your resume.

Be prepared to share

- Social media accounts you personally managed
- Short-form videos you personally created or edited
- Static creatives or carousels you produced
- Content you are especially proud of
- Examples of how you currently use AI in your creative workflow The key question for this role is simple:
