Social Media Manager /n /n Company: Just Homestay /n Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand /n Job Type: Full time | Hybrid /n Experience: 1–3 years /n Department: Marketing About Just Homestay /n /n Just Homestay is a growing vacation rental and homestay booking company offering premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across popular destinations in India. /n We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Develop and manage the monthly social media strategy and content calendar.

/n

- Plan content around properties, destinations, travel ideas, offers, campaigns, festivals and brand communication.

/n

- Manage the complete publishing schedule across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

/n

- Create and/or oversee Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, YouTube Shorts and other social media content .

/n

- Edit short-form videos and create graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar .

/n

- Maintain consistent Just Homestay brand guidelines , including fonts, colours, logo usage, visual style and tone of communication.

/n

- Adapt content appropriately for each platform instead of simply reposting the same content everywhere.

/n

- Monitor trends, competitor activity and new content formats and convert relevant trends into content ideas.

/n

- Manage comments, messages and basic community engagement.

/n

- Track social media performance including reach, views, engagement, follower growth and content performance.

/n





- Identify high-performing content and use insights to improve the content strategy.

/n

- Maintain an organised content library and ensure content is created and published on schedule.

/n

- Coordinate with the internal team for property information, photos, videos, offers and campaigns.

/n

- Take ownership of the overall quality and consistency of Just Homestay's social media presence. /n Requirements /n /n /n
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience.

/n

- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

/n

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and Carousels.

/n

- Strong video editing and graphic design skills.

/n

- Experience with Canva and at least one professional video/design editing tool.

/n

- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms and content formats.

/n

- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

/n

- Good written communication and caption-writing skills.

/n

- Ability to independently plan, create, schedule and publish content.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.

/n

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

/n

- Strong portfolio of previous social media work is required.
