Social Media Content, Influencer & PR Executive

Brand: UltraPeak by Healths Sphere

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content, Influencer & PR Executive to manage UltraPeak’s social media presence, influencer collaborations and public relations activities. The candidate should understand fitness, hydration, nutrition and wellness trends and create campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging reels, posts, stories, captions and campaign concepts.
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Coordinate product photography, video shoots and fitness-related content.
- Ensure consistency in UltraPeak and Healths Sphere branding.
- Monitor trending topics, formats, audio and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic and conversions.

Influencer Marketing
- Identify suitable fitness, wellness, lifestyle and nutrition influencers.
- Contact influencers and negotiate paid, barter and affiliate collaborations.
- Prepare campaign briefs, content guidelines and deliverable timelines.
- Coordinate product sampling and influencer gifting.
- Maintain an organised influencer database with contact and performance details.
- Review influencer content before publication for brand accuracy.
- Track campaign results, including reach, engagement, clicks and sales.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, athletes, trainers and fitness communities.

PR Execution
- Assist in preparing press releases, media notes and brand announcements.
- Develop relationships with journalists, bloggers,



media platforms and industry communities.
- Coordinate product launches, events, exhibitions and media interactions.
- Identify opportunities for brand features, interviews and partnerships.
- Manage PR product kits and media gifting.
- Monitor online brand mentions and public feedback.
- Support reputation management and prepare responses when required.
- Maintain records of media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.

Required Skills
- Strong content writing, communication and storytelling abilities.
- Positive understanding of influencer marketing and PR execution.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and creator platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, short-form video editing and analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Understanding of fitness, hydration, nutrition and wellness trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or PR.
- Previous experience with fitness, nutrition, wellness, FMCG or D2C brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
