Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Build data-driven social media plans and manage ongoing content calendars.
- Content Creation: Write platform-native copy, produce short-form video, or coordinate visual assets.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to comments and direct messages, and monitor brand sentiment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Tracking: Stay updated on algorithm updates, emerging platforms, and internet culture.
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of major networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Copywriting & Communication: Explicit, engaging writing tailored to specific brand voices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable steps.
