Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out with a minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing high-end interior fit-out projects across Corporate Offices, Retail Spaces, Luxury Residences, Hospitality, and Commercial Developments. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively to project sites and possess hands-on experience in civil works, interior finishes, MEP coordination, procurement, costing, tendering, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities Project Management
Lead and manage complete interior fit-out projects from planning through execution, handover, and project closeout.
Prepare detailed project schedules,



resource plans, and execution strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Execution

Robust understanding of:
Civil construction
Interior fit-out works
MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
HVAC coordination
False ceiling systems
Flooring and wall finishes
Joinery and custom furniture
Glass, metal, and stone works
Fire & life safety systems
Review drawings and specifications for constructability.
Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
