Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and hire resources across all departments
Multi-Channel Sourcing - Use job portals, social media, and direct outreach
Interview Coordination - Conduct technical/behavioral interviews, manage schedules with hiring managers
Job Posting & Optimization - Create compelling JDs, post on multiple platforms, track performance
Employer Branding - Build SLSS brand through LinkedIn content, industry events, company updates
Recruitment Metrics - Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality), generate monthly reports
Employee Referral Program - Design and manage internal talent recruitment initiative
Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all processes comply with labor laws
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Min 3 years in Recruitment & hiring with reputed companies, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Languages:Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and at least one other South Indian language.
Skills:Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, solid interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Other Requirements:
Own conveyance.
Well-groomed, skilled appearance.
Willingness to travel across cities.
Age below 40 years.
