Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using
AutoCAD
.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and contractors.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimates.
Monitor construction progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Resolve technical issues at the site in consultation with the project team.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and site records.
Support quality inspections and ensure timely completion of work.
Communicate effectively with local authorities, workers, and stakeholders in
Marathi
when required.
