HRBP & Organization Development Lead

Purpose of the Role

The HRBP & Organization Development Lead partners with business and plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. The role drives organizational effectiveness through performance management, learning & development, talent management, organization development, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and plant leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, KPI alignment, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement plans.
Design and implement Learning & Development initiatives by identifying capability gaps, creating training calendars, coordinating learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Drive Organization Development initiatives including organization design, competency framework development, job evaluation,



workforce planning, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead Talent Management processes such as succession planning, talent reviews, career development, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential employee identification.
Coach and support managers on leadership capability, employee development, performance management, and change management.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Industrial Relations teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.
Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives across business functions.
Develop HR dashboards and leverage people analytics to monitor workforce performance, engagement, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
Strengthen HR governance by improving HR policies, processes, compliance, HR systems, and operational excellence.
