Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for supporting the organization's people-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role helps create a positive work setting while ensuring HR processes are efficient and aligned with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous HR experience is preferred.
Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Working Conditions:
Full time office or hybrid work environment.
Pay: ₹10,870.07 - ₹33,231.38 per month
