Experience & Skills required:
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Positive understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and network security.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience managing ERP, HRMS, or other enterprise business applications.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in vendor management and IT budgeting.
Proficiency in ITIL-based service management processes is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations
Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance,



and upgrades of hardware and software.
Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues proactively.

IT Support & Service Management
Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs.
Manage the IT helpdesk and establish best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Provide technical guidance and support to business users across locations.

Information Security
Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, antivirus, firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
Monitor cybersecurity risks and coordinate vulnerability assessments and security audits.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

Applications & Business Systems
