Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Platform Management:

Manage, audit, and systematically optimize all social media channels of Cotton Culture—specifically Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, LinkedIn, and Pinterest—aligned tightly with overall brand growth strategies.
Visual Conception & SEO:

Conceptualize and design high-impact visuals tailored accurately to resonate with our core target demographics. Design, implement, and track sophisticated Social SEO strategies to rank higher natively in platform searches.
TOFU Acquisition:





Drive quantifiable growth benchmarks across channels, monitoring and analyzing Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) referral traffic driving to our website from all social handles.
Calendar Ownership:

Develop comprehensive monthly content strategies and respective content calendars; meticulously ensure end-to-end execution and on-time publishing.
Reputation & Influencers:

Proactively manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) across platforms. Co-ordinate with external influencers on end-to-end campaign curation and deliverables.
Agency Coordination:

Interface daily with partner digital marketing agencies to track milestones, provide assets, and ensure external deliverables are consistently hit on schedule.

Requirements:
2+ years of core social media management experience for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail or fashion lifestyle brand.
In-depth platform knowledge across Pinterest, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, a
