Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee the overall operations of our retail business in Thodupuzha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving business performance, optimizing processes, and managing multiple retail functions to achieve organizational goals. The candidate should possess solid leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in retail operations management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all retail outlets to ensure smooth business functioning.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor store performance, sales targets, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.




Coordinate with department heads to optimize workflows and achieve business objectives.
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence across all locations.
Identify process improvement prospects and implement best practices.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations teams to enhance performance and employee productivity.
Analyze business reports, MIS, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion initiatives.
Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining business continuity.

Qualification: MBA
