Location: Open to any Orion Innovation office - Mumbai/Pune/Kochi/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore/Kochi
Work type: Hybrid (12 days in office required)
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong experience with C# / .NET writing high-quality code with test coverage.
Testing methodologies such as test-driven development or playwright.
Proven experience as a technical lead within a delivery team
Leading lower-level architectural and design decisions and setting engineering standards




Performing code-reviews and ensuring maintainable and secure code
Driving best practices for API design, data access and security
Collaborating with product, platform, security, and architecture stakeholders
Ownership of OAuth2/OIDC flow selection and standardization, with clear authorization strategies
Robust EF experience, including schema migrations across both SQL and NoSQL
Experience building solutions on Azure
Writing unit and integration tests; using mocking frameworks
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps)
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment

Nice to Have
Defining and evolving CI/CD standards across teams
Deep hands‑on experience with Terraform on Azure
Ownership of test strategy (unit, integration, contract, automation)
