Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital branding. This internship offers practical experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, stories, and social media posts.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Research industry trends, competitors,



and trending hashtags to improve content performance.
- Support paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
- Prepare social media performance reports and suggest content improvements.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Eligibility & Educational Qualification

Candidates pursuing or recently completed any of the following are encouraged to apply:

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor's in Journalism & Mass Communication
- Bachelor's in Media Studies
- Bachelor's in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- MBA (Marketing) – Pursuing
- Any equivalent graduate degree with an interest in Digital Marketing and Social Media

Skills & Requirements

- 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.




- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, and short-form video trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or Canva are an added advantage.
