About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should understand how to grow social media accounts, create engaging content, improve audience engagement, and use data to drive measurable growth.

This is an onsite opportunity, and we are specifically looking for candidates based in Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or nearby locations who can comfortably commute to Hiranandani Estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, videos, and other social media content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, traffic, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and new growth strategies.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Test different content formats and strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Growth, Digital Marketing,



or a related role.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with organic social media growth.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong content planning and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have managed business or brand social media accounts will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Hiranandani Estate, Thane.
