About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and revive our social media accounts, particularly pages and platforms that are underutilized.

The person will be responsible for bringing inactive accounts back to life, creating consistent content, increasing engagement, and building a strong social media presence across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all assigned social media accounts, including currently inactive pages.
- Develop and execute a plan to reactivate dormant social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Respond to followers and encourage meaningful interaction with the page.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely content creation and posting.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Identify what type of content performs best and continuously improve the content strategy.
- Ensure that all social media profiles are updated with relevant bios, contact information, links, highlights, and branding.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.




- Help increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall visibility of inactive accounts.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
- Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Ability to create or coordinate reels and short-form video content is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.

- Increase in profile visits, shares, comments, saves, and inquiries.
- Consistency and quality of content publishing.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, trend-aware, and comfortable taking ownership of inactive social media pages. They should be able to look at an inactive account, understand why it is not performing, develop a practical content plan, and gradually turn it into an active and engaging social media presence. Pay: ₹10,023.29 - ₹35,774.07 per month
