Role Overview*

WsCube Tech is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and platform-specific strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities*

1. Develop and execute social media strategies and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
2. Plan content calendars and collaborate with content, design, and video teams to execute campaigns, creatives, reels, and other social media content.
3. Monitor trends, engage with the online community, manage comments/messages, and identify opportunities to improve organic reach and engagement.
4.



Track and analyze social media performance metrics, assist with influencer collaborations and paid promotions, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications*
1. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, current trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
2. Excellent communication, content writing, copywriting, and creative ideation skills.
3. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and social media analytics tools.
4. Ability to analyze performance metrics, work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

1. Creative and social-media savvy with a strong understanding of digital trends and content.
2. Passionate about content creation, branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.
3. Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
