Job Role

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to handle our company’s online branding, advertising campaigns, content creation, and audience engagement. The candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, paid advertising, and creative content execution.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company social media accounts including:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- TikTok (optional)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Run and optimize:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads campaigns
- LinkedIn promotional campaigns
- Design marketing creatives and branding materials
- Edit videos for special campaigns, recruitment promotions, and company branding
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with management for marketing strategies and campaign planning
- Improve online visibility and employer branding
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital marketing tools

Requirements




- Experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment or manpower industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
- SEO and website marketing knowledge
- Lead generation experience
- LinkedIn branding and networking expertise
- AI tools knowledge for content creation and marketing automation
