We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team and manage the day-to-day execution of our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content ideas, reel concepts, captions, hooks and basic scripts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and photographers for content execution.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Stay updated on social media trends, trending content and competitor activity.
- Manage comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement.
- Coordinate content for campaigns, promotions, launches and events.
- Support influencer and brand collaborations.
- Track reach, engagement,
follower growth and content performance.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media reports.
Skills Required
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Good content ideation, caption writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of reels and current social media trends.
- Creative, organized and proactive with strong coordination skills.
- Story board creation for video creation
- Podcast experience and camera front-end added experience
Preferred: Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or lifestyle brands.
