We are looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand positioning across platforms.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content and community engagement, supporting campaigns and events, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all communication touchpoints. The ideal candidate should combine solid content and storytelling skills with an understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including content creation, curation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Create engaging copy and collaborate on graphics, videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to identify growth opportunities.
- Track social media and campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on engagement, reach, traffic, leads, and other relevant metrics.
- Develop brand stories and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience connection.
- Ensure consistency in the company's visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, sales, and other teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Support partnerships, events, product launches, and other brand-building activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve brand guidelines and communication standards.




- Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content formats, and initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, channel optimization, and community management.
- Experience in brand storytelling and maintaining consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
- Ability to create and coordinate multimedia content, including copy, graphics, and basic video content.
- Good understanding of digital marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and content trends.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience managing social media or brand initiatives in education, EdTech, creative, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Experience working with social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is desirable.
- Experience supporting events, partnerships, product launches, or brand campaigns is a plus.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
