l Oversee day to day operations of the Site l Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
l To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others l Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance l Set project goals and oversee projects to completion l Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries l Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects l Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
l Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
