Advance Buildtech is an Ahmedabad-based waterproofing and construction services company providing professional solutions for waterproofing, structural repair, joint sealing, epoxy flooring & coating, and other specialized building services.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Waterproofing who can effectively manage day-to-day site activities and ensure that waterproofing and related civil works are executed properly, safely, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day waterproofing and civil work at project sites.
- Coordinate and manage workers, applicators, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is carried out as per the required method, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Check surface preparation, material application, curing, finishing, and other waterproofing activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and project representatives at the site.
- Maintain daily site records, work reports, material consumption, and labour details.
- Ensure proper use and handling of waterproofing materials and equipment.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the senior team for appropriate solutions.
- Monitor workmanship and immediately report quality or execution-related concerns.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety practices.
- Visit different project sites across Ahmedabad and nearby areas as required.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in site supervision or civil construction work.
- Candidates with experience in waterproofing, structural repair, construction, epoxy flooring/coating, or related civil works will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of basic civil construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working at construction/project sites.
- Must be willing to travel to different project locations as required.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities.
