Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out with 2–5 years of relevant experience to supervise day-to-day interior site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, monitor work quality, and ensure that the project is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Explain drawings, specifications, work procedures, and sequence of work to the site team.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations or defects.
- Ensure timely correction and closure of site issues.




- Monitor daily work progress and follow up with contractors to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Check material availability and ensure materials are properly stored and protected.
- Verify measurements and assist with quantity reconciliation against BOQ.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, checklists, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration with interior works.
- Escalate delays, quality issues, material shortages, and technical concerns to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Monitor contractor manpower and productivity.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and pending activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure all assigned works are completed and handed over as per project requirements.

Key Areas of ResponsibilityDrawing & Execution: Ensure all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings and specifications. Quality Control: Inspect ongoing works, identify defects or deviations, and ensure corrective action is completed.

Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor daily progress and ensure activities are completed within the agreed schedule.

Contractor Coordination:



Maintain effective coordination with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.

Material Management: Ensure materials are available at site as required and prevent unnecessary wastage or damage.

Documentation: Maintain accurate daily reports, measurements, checklists, photographs, and work-related records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Good understanding of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, furniture, and related interior works.
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination.
- Good contractor and manpower management skills.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of site safety and quality practices.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between project sites, if required.
