We specialize in the supply and installation of premium commercial floorings, advanced false flooring systems, specialized sports surfaces, and acoustic wall/ceiling treatments for corporate offices, commercial complexes, and institutions.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Installation Supervisor to oversee our on-site commercial flooring and acoustic panel installation projects. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end execution, coordinate with labor/subcontractors, manage materials, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities • Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day in office installation activities for various commercial flooring projects.

- Technical Execution: Supervise the precise installation of Vinyl flooring (rolls/planks), False Flooring (raised access floors), Sports Flooring, and Acoustic Panels/Wall Claddings.
- Quality &
- Surface Preparation: Inspect sub-floors (IPS, leveling, moisture checks) before installation to ensure perfect surface preparation. Ensure zero defects in finishing.
- Resource &
- Labor Management: Coordinate with in-house installers and subcontractors.



Allocate work effectively and maintain optimum productivity on site.
- Material Tracking: Manage material receiving, inventory checking, wastage control, and safe storage at project locations.
- Client &
- Architect Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, project managers, and main contractors to address any technical queries or adjustments.
- Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), track project timelines, and report directly to the Project Manager.

Requirements &

Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supervising the installation of commercial flooring or specialized interior fit-outs.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of installation techniques, adhesives, self-leveling compounds, and tools used for Vinyl, False Flooring, Sports Flooring, and Acoustic systems.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, or any graduation with equivalent field experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, site-problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to manage labor and clients smoothly.
