⪠Qualification: Diploma or Graduate (Civil) (full time only)
⪠Site supervisor internship or experience is necessary ⪠Good oral and written English communication skills ⪠Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization ⪠Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.
⪠High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces ⪠Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.
Responsibilities
⪠Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.
⪠To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
⪠Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
⪠Organizing construction materials in time.
⪠Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
⪠Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory ⪠To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
⪠Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site ⪠Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
