Complete supervision and execution of construction site activities.
- Supervise civil works from foundation to finishing.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor daily progress, labour and material requirements.
- Check site measurements and material usage.
- Ensure proper quality, safety and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and management.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Handle site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction and site supervision.
- Ability to independently handle a complete construction site.
- Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
