Role & responsibilities

- Conduct thermal camera inspections at residential and commercial properties.

- Identify potential water leakage, seepage, dampness, moisture, and temperature anomalies using thermal imaging equipment.

- Inspect bathrooms, terraces, walls, ceilings, plumbing areas, and other suspected leakage locations.

- Capture clear thermal images and normal photographs as inspection evidence.

- Analyse thermal patterns and identify areas requiring further physical investigation.

- Prepare qualified thermal inspection reports with findings, photographs, and recommendations.

- Explain inspection findings and limitations clearly to customers.

- Coordinate with the civil, plumbing, and waterproofing teams for further investigation and corrective work.

- Maintain inspection equipment properly and ensure accurate readings.

- Travel to different customer locations across Chennai as required.

- Maintain professional behaviour and valuable customer relationships at every site.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.

- Candidates with experience in civil construction, plumbing, waterproofing, building inspection, or site supervision will be preferred.





- Basic understanding of thermal imaging and building moisture/leakage detection is an advantage.

- Fresher candidates with a technical background and willingness to learn may also apply.

- Valuable observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

- Willing to travel to different customer locations across Chennai.

- Should be comfortable working at residential and commercial sites.

- Must be responsible, punctual, professional, and willing to work in a field-based role.
