Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer Interior & Fit-Out responsible for the day-to-day execution and supervision of commercial and residential interior projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily site activities for interior and fit-out projects.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor activities such as civil works, partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, faade, and other fit-out works.
- Check site dimensions, levels, measurements, and setting-out before execution.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.
- Supervise subcontractors and workers and ensure productivity and workmanship meet project requirements.
- Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure they comply with approved samples and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and identify/rectify defects or deviations.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays or constraints to the Project Manager.




- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site measurements, checklists, and other project documentation.
- Verify quantities and measurements of work executed by subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing and tracking BOQs, work orders, material requisitions, and billing measurements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate resolution of technical and execution-related issues.
- Raise RFIs and coordinate clarification of drawing or design-related issues.
- Monitor snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover activities.
- Coordinate with the client/consultant during inspections and approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, inspection records, and site instructions.

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BSc Interior Design, Architect, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, residential interiors, or construction projects.
- Candidates with hands-on site execution experience will be preferred.
- Open to travel anywhere in India
