- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
- High-rise construction experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision, RCC and column work.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings.
- Basic/working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Handle site execution, measurements, layout and column preparation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor quality, progress and material usage.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project standards.
