Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – Job DescriptionPosition Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, architects, and other site teams.

Check quality of construction work and ensure proper workmanship. Monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works. Check measurements and quantities of materials required at site.

Ensure proper utilization and storage of construction materials. Maintain daily site progress reports and update management regarding project status. Coordinate with the design team for drawing-related queries and site requirements.

Identify site issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with senior engineers. Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule. Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work allocation.

Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.



Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and progress records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Required

QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Relevant experience in civil construction/site execution preferred. Freshers with positive site knowledge may also be considered.

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Ability to read and understand civil drawings. Knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred. Ability to manage labour and contractors at site. Problem-solving and site-management skills.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
