Civil Site Engineer – Residential Construction & Interiors Company: SR Turnkey Solution

SR Turnkey Solution is looking for a Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential construction and interior works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed as per drawings, specifications, timelines, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day residential construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical, and fabrication works.
- Supervise interior works including modular furniture, false ceiling, wardrobes, kitchen, TV units, doors, and other finishing works.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed works for billing and BOQ verification.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the office/procurement team.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Allocate work to masons, helpers, carpenters, fabricators, and other workers.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule and report delays.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.




- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure finishing standards are maintained.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate snag rectification and ensure works are completed before handover.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential construction and interiors.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and site execution.
- Positive understanding of civil works, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Basic knowledge of interior execution is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, material estimation, and site billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors independently.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Bengaluru.

Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic MS Excel/Word knowledge.
- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and brands.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to complete work within deadlines.
