About : the Role Valenso Spaces Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per design and drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure timely material availability and proper utilization.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support.
- Track project timelines and maintain project documentation.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site execution.
- Knowledge of drawings, measurements, BOQ, and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
