About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Signage Designer to develop signage, wayfinding, graphics, and brand communication solutions for various projects. The candidate will work closely with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative and functional signage and wayfinding designs based on project requirements.
- Develop concepts, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings for internal and external signage.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files for fabrication and installation.
- Work with materials such as acrylic, aluminium, SS, ACP, vinyl, LED, channel letters, and other signage materials.
- Understand dimensions, scale, materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, artwork, and material specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, project standards, and client requirements.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.




- Conduct site visits when required to understand existing conditions and take measurements.
- Review final designs and artwork before sending them for production.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize project design files.
- Support the team in developing creative solutions for challenging signage and wayfinding requirements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Positive understanding of typography, layouts, colours, branding, and visual communication.
- Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication techniques, lighting, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to convert creative concepts into practical, production-ready designs.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in signage, wayfinding, branding, graphics, or environmental graphic design.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
